We had a wonderful week-long stay at Chris’s place, which had all the essential comforts of home. The remodel was beautifully done—the space was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. We had plenty of room to park our rental Chrysler Pacifica comfortably in the garage as well. Chris and his team were quick to respond to any questions and provided a helpful guidebook with answers to common questions and great recommendations for nearby attractions. Best of all, it’s just a short drive to Disneyland, making mid-day breaks during our park visits easy and convenient. We’d definitely recommend Chris’s place!

Chris’s hiuse was perfect for our family of five—spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. He’s one of the most communicative and kind hosts I’ve ever met, with quick and thoughtful responses. Above all, his hospitality stood out—he genuinely cared for his guests, and it made all the difference.

The location was really near Disneyland you can drive or uber. Close to everything like the beach and Knots as well. Nice 2bed/2Bathroom for nice small family to enjoy. The garage parking was bit tight for a full size van but it work for us.

Excellent place! Great price and location. The place look just like the pictures and the descriptions. The host was ready to help and great with communication. The beds were so comfortable!!! You will fall asleep in seconds!

Chris’s place was very clean, and have everything we needed. Small pool table/air hockey table that my kids really enjoyed. It was just few minutes drive from Disney, which was perfect for us. There is a garage that is designated for the unit. I’d recommend using it, as there is quite a bit of activity in the morning and evenings with people coming in and out of the area. The garage is not connected to the unit, which wasn’t so bad. We would park the car in it, close it and walk to the unit. Highly recommend it!

My family and I had a great stay at The Evergreen for a visit to Disneyland. The home was perfect for our family of 4, and was located just an 8-10 minute drive from the Disney parks. The large garage was easy to use and big enough for our 7 passenger SUV. This was a huge plus as it is difficult to find parking on the street. The host was extremely proactive and responsive in communicating. We appreciate their hospitality! We would stay here again and would recommend to any family visiting the area for a Disney trip.

The place was clean and spacious. Johnathan was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided were clear and helpful, making everything seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!
