We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to avoid disturbing our neighbors. 4) No Smoking & No Drugs: Smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Drugs are strictly forbidden on the property, including marijuana, even if it is legal for medicinal or recreational use in the state. 5) Pets: While we love animals, no pets are allowed in the property unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our property, there is an additional pet fee. 6) Garbage Disposal: Do not dispose of food scraps, leftovers, oil, and other waste down the kitchen sink. All waste should be disposed properly in the designated bins and taken out to the main dumpster if needed. 7) Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. 8) Respect our home: Please treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents will result in additional charges. By booking your stay with us you agree to these house rules. Chris’s place was very clean, and have everything we needed. Small pool table/air hockey table that my kids really enjoyed. It was just few minutes drive from Disney, which was perfect for us. There is a garage that is designated for the unit. I’d recommend using it, as there is quite a bit of activity in the morning and evenings with people coming in and out of the area. The garage is not connected to the unit, which wasn’t so bad. We would park the car in it, close it and walk to the unit. Highly recommend it!

A wonderful place. Located close to many activities. Safe and friendly community. We walked in the area and felt safe. We loved the Terrace. Great decor. Designated parking. We would definitely return.

Chris was a great host and very responsive. The PDF he sent prior to check-in was helpful and had great food recommendations. He made our stay feel like right at home. The decor was beautiful and perfect for a short vacation. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Loved the place ! Clean & decorated beautifully! Kitchen was well equipped very well thought out. Only recommendation is to have checkout rules at the beginning. I checked out really early and was unsure of checkout procedures

Perfect base to see all that LA has to offer. Easy access to Highways for travelling. Garage is huge. We had a Yukon that fitted perfectly. Tidy space, good general amenities, easy walk for grocery items or M&M Cookies!

This was a great place to stay for our Disney trip! It was very nice to have a private garage for our vehicle. It's a short Uber/Lyft ride to the Disney parks, which was worth not dealing with parking or driving in traffic. The place was very clean and perfect for what we needed.
