This is to ensure the tranquility of our neighborhood and the comfort of our neighbors. 3) Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to avoid disturbing our neighbors. 4) No Smoking & No Drugs: Smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Drugs are strictly forbidden on the property, including marijuana, even if it is legal for medicinal or recreational use in the state. 5) Pets: While we love animals, no pets are allowed in the property unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our property, there is an additional pet fee. Please Note - At owner's discretion additional verification and/or background check/credit check may be required prior to check in. A signed guest lease and small deposit may also be required prior to check in.
