This is to ensure the tranquility of our neighborhood and the comfort of our neighbors. 3) Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to avoid disturbing our neighbors. 4) No Smoking & No Drugs: Smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Drugs are strictly forbidden on the property, including marijuana, even if it is legal for medicinal or recreational use in the state. 5) Pets: While we love animals, no pets are allowed in the property unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our property, there is an additional pet fee. 6) Garbage Disposal: Do not dispose of food scraps, leftovers, oil, and other waste down the kitchen sink. All waste should be disposed properly in the designated bins and taken out to the main dumpster if needed. 7) Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. 8) Respect our home: Please treat the property with care and respect. Any damages to the property or its contents will result in additional charges. By booking your stay with us you agree to these house rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
