We ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to avoid disturbing our neighbors. 4) No Smoking & No Drugs: Smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Drugs are strictly forbidden on the property, including marijuana, even if it is legal for medicinal or recreational use in the state. 5) Pets: While we love animals, no pets are allowed in the property unless explicitly agreed upon in advance. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our property, there is an additional pet fee. 6) Garbage Disposal: Do not dispose of food scraps, leftovers, oil, and other waste down the kitchen sink. All waste should be disposed properly in the designated bins and taken out to the main dumpster if needed. 7) Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance. Each unauthorized guest will be charged $100/night. 8) Respect our home: Please treat the property with care and respect. The location was really near Disneyland you can drive or uber. Close to everything like the beach and Knots as well. Nice 2bed/2Bathroom for nice small family to enjoy. The garage parking was bit tight for a full size van but it work for us.

He was very friendly. When I needed to get a hold of him he responded promptly no issues and over all explained what he would like respectfully and kind and I would want to rest again in the future sometime.

Great place to stay with a family. We had plenty of room for our family of four and the close proximity to Disney was amazing. It was a six minute uber ride. The location felt safe and was extremely quiet. We enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks from our window when we weren’t in the parks.

My family and I had best experience but choosing this place such a great location to stay while you in Anaheim . Close to everything.. The place was so clean, well organized and very comfortable. Our host Jonathan was very responsive and always checked on us daily to make sure we are good and if we need anything. He went above and beyond . We had the best experience. Thanks to Jonathan! We will definitely stay there again when we cime back agaun for another family vacation.

Additionally, street parking is readily available and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, offering extra flexibility for guests with additional vehicles or visitors. It's important to note that while street parking is generally available, there is a street sweeping schedule every Thursday from 12pm to 4pm. Guests are advised to be mindful of this to avoid any inconvenience.
